It is looking for an Associate to join its insolvency team in Sydney, taking on insolvency and restructuring work for practitioners, creditors and directors.

About the role
Insolvency and restructuring, with matters run from first instructions through to resolution.
• Advise insolvency practitioners, creditors and directors on insolvency and restructuring matters
• Prepare and run statutory demands and winding up applications
• Support recoveries, voidable transaction claims and directors' duties advice
• Build direct client relationships and take ownership of your own matters
• Support partners on larger and more complex insolvency matters

What you'll bring
• Insolvency and restructuring experience at Associate level




• Admission to practise in NSW with a current practising certificate
• A drive to own your matters, build real client relationships and take control of your own career
• Solid drafting and advocacy skills, with the confidence to run your own files
