About the position:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Lawyer with a focus on litigation to join our esteemed team. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile construction disputes, major infrastructure projects, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance. Key Requirements:

- Admitted as a solicitor in Australia with a minimum of 5 years PQE in construction law
- Proven experience in construction litigation and handling complex disputes




- Strong negotiation and drafting skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
