Love & Co Mill Park is looking for a capable and motivated Property Manager to join our established team.
Our preference is for an experienced Property Manager with at least 12 months’ experience managing a rental portfolio. We’re also open to candidates with relevant real estate experience in roles such as Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Consultant or Property Management Administration who are ready to take the next step in their career.
With a small, manageable portfolio, strong administrative support and an experienced team, this is an opportunity to do your job well, build strong client relationships and enjoy a positive work environment.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a manageable portfolio of rental properties, maintaining strong relationships with rental providers and renters, and ensuring the day-to-day operations of your portfolio run smoothly.
For an experienced Property Manager, this is an opportunity to take ownership of your portfolio without being overwhelmed by volume. For someone progressing from another real estate role, you’ll receive guidance and support as you develop into the position.
Why Join Love & Co Mill Park?
- A manageable portfolio – allowing you to focus on service, attention to detail and doing things properly.
- A supportive team – where people respect each other, share knowledge and work together when needed.
- Strong administrative support – helping you stay on top of your workload.
- A positive workplace culture – professional when it matters, relaxed when it counts, and always room for a laugh.
- An established business – combining good old-fashioned customer service with modern technology and systems.
- Opportunity to grow – with ongoing guidance and development suited to your experience.
- Immediate start available – for the right candidate.
About You
Ideally, you’ll have at least 12 months’ experience as a Property Manager and be confident managing the day-to-day requirements of a rental portfolio.
We’re also interested in candidates currently working in real estate administration, reception, leasing or as an Assistant Property Manager who have a sound understanding of the industry and are ready to progress into a Property Manager role.
You’ll be someone who is:
- An excellent communicator with strong people skills.
- Organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
- Professional and confident when dealing with clients.
- Able to work independently and take responsibility for your work.
- A team player who treats colleagues with respect and contributes to a positive workplace.
- Keen to learn, improve and develop professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management or a relevant real estate role is strongly preferred.
- Agent’s Representative Certificate, or the ability to meet the requirements for the position.
- A positive attitude, robust work ethic and willingness to take responsibility.
- Appropriate working rights in Australia.
