About the Role

As an HRIS Pre-Sales Consultant, you will drive enterprise software sales for our growing SaaS platform. You will engage with mid-market organisations, understand their HR and payroll challenges, and demonstrate how Martian Logic solves them through our integrated, AI-powered platform.

What You'll Do

- Conduct pre-sales discovery with prospects across education, health, care and enterprise sectors
- Present product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and pain points
- Work closely with the sales team to move deals through the pipeline




- Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify opportunities to position our Australian compliance capabilities and AI features

What We're Looking For

- Proven pre-sales or solutions engineering experience in SaaS or enterprise software
- Strong understanding of HRIS, HR operations or payroll systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical features into business value
- Experience working across mid-market segments, ideally education, health or care

What We Offer

- Permanent full time position with competitive OTE Package between $180,000 and $230,000 per annum
- 10 days of personal/carer's leave per 12 months of continuous service
- Parental leave entitlements including 2 weeks paid leave from birth of child
