The Role

Due to an exciting internal promotion, we are seeking a Full time Practice Nurse Manager to join our Darlinghurst practice. This opportunity has become available following an internal career move, highlighting our commitment to developing and progressing our team members.

In this leadership role, you will work closely with the Practice Manager and clinical team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Treatment Room, lead and mentor a team of Nurses, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care and clinical outcomes.

The Tasks

- Provide leadership and effective management to a team of Nurses
- Oversee the daily operations of the Treatment Room and clinical services
- Coach, mentor, and support Nurses to achieve best-practice patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and procedures
- Assist GPs with health assessments, care plans, immunisations, and clinical procedures
- Manage staffing levels and rostering to ensure efficient service delivery
- Work collaboratively with the Practice Manager to achieve operational and business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the nursing team

The Successful Candidate





- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous leadership or management experience within a healthcare setting
- Experience in General Practice, Primary Care, or Acute Care environments
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A positive, patient-focused approach with a passion for developing others
- Ability to build strong relationships with patients, GPs, and support staff
