About the role

When someone's laundry floods, the first person they deal with is you. You'll take the call, set up the job, organise a technician, and keep everyone in the loop until the job is done and paid. That means the homeowner, the insurer and our crew. No two days are the same, and you'll finish each one knowing you've helped someone through a stressful week. You'll be supported by our Leadership Team, and work closely with our technicians and crews.

Key responsibilities

- Answer calls and emails from homeowners, insurers and builders

- Set up new jobs in our system and book technicians and equipment

- Re-plan the day when an emergency comes in

- Keep customers updated so they always know what's happening

- Prepare paperwork such as reports, photos and quotes, and send them to clients

- Raise invoices and follow up payments

- Keep the office running smoothly

About you

- Have experience in a busy admin, reception, customer service, hospitality or scheduling role

- Are friendly and calm on the phone, even when the caller isn't





- Like being organised and get satisfaction from finishing what you start

- Write a clear, professional email

- Are comfortable learning recent software

- Turn up, follow through and take pride in doing things properly

We help people get their homes and businesses back after water damage, mould, fire and smoke. We work for insurers, builders and property owners across Melbourne from our base in Carrum Downs. We're a new business built on over 20 years experience in insurance restoration. We're building this business properly from day one, with the right equipment, the right training and good people.
