About the role

You'll be the person who keeps the wheels turning. You'll allocate and schedule jobs across Brisbane and Toowoomba trucks, plus Townsville long-haul runs, working closely with drivers to plan routes, load sequences and pickups/drops. You'll juggle changing priorities, last-minute bookings and manage communication between customers, drivers and the office, making quick calls to keep things running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

- Allocate and schedule jobs across Brisbane and Toowoomba trucks, plus Townsville long-haul runs

- Work closely with drivers to plan routes, load sequences and pickups/drops

- Juggle changing priorities, last-minute bookings and the occasional curveball

- Keep customers, drivers and the office in the loop

About you

- Strong knowledge of Brisbane and its suburbs

- Experience in transport allocation,



dispatch or logistics (preferred, not essential for the right person)

- Stay calm when things move fast

- Explicit communicator who gets on well with drivers

- Organised and reliable, with a good eye for detail

- A team player who's happy to pitch in
