Key Responsibilities:

- Support Site Managers and PMs in driving daily project execution and timelines.
- Manage trade lettings, procurement schedules, and sub-contractor scopes.
- Oversee RFI management, technical queries, and architectural design variations.
- Enforce strict quality assurance, safety protocols, and structural compliance on site.
- Track project budgets, cost variations, and progress claims alongside financial leads.

What You'll Bring:

- Proven track record as a Project Engineer with a commercial or residential builder.
- Demonstrated experience working on multi-residential or apartment construction.
- Strong skills in technical problem-solving, trade coordination, and procurement.
- Thorough understanding of local WA building regulations and NCC standards.




- Tertiary degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
