Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee internal and external finishes through to Practical Completion.
- Coordinate trade scheduling for plastering, painting, joinery, and tiling.
- Conduct detailed defect inspections and drive prompt trade rectifications.
- Enforce site safety standards, cleanliness, and quality protocols.
- Liaise with Site Managers and client reps for smooth handover.

What You'll Bring:

- Proven Finishes Supervisor background on apartment/commercial builds.
- Exceptional eye for detail across high-end architectural finishes.
- Strong subcontractor management and trade coordination skills.
- Solid knowledge of NCC standards and WA quality assurance.
- Relevant trade background, valid White Card,



and WA working rights.
