We don't expect you to have a PHD in all things trade tools, we will train you on how to do it the Sydney Tools way.

The Role

You will be a trusted advisor to our DIY and Trade customers. Your day-to-day involves understanding their specific needs and recommending the right tools, accessories, and PPE for the job while building genuine, long-term relationships.

About You

- Experience: Hands-on background in a trade, showroom sales, or retail/customer service.
- Customer-Focused: Eager to build strong rapport and lasting relationships with local Tradies.
- Driven: Proactive, eager to continually develop your tool knowledge, and motivated to hit sales targets.
- Tech-Ready: Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
