About the Client

They are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support their busy Brisbane DFO outlet. This is a high-volume environment where you'll lead from the front, inspire the team and help maintain the pace, energy and standards that make the store so successful.
About the Role
Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving performance while creating a positive and engaging team culture.
As Assistant Store Manager, you will:
- Support the day-to-day leadership of a busy outlet store
- Lead by example on the shop floor and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Coach, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team
- Help drive store performance and achieve key business objectives
- Maintain high standards across visual merchandising and presentation
- Support stock management, rostering and daily store operations
- Foster a positive, energetic and customer-focused team culture
- Step into the Store Manager's role when required
What you'll bring
- Previous retail leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or strong 2IC
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the front
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs
- Great organisational skills and the ability to prioritise during busy trade
- Energy, resilience and a passion for developing people
