Customer Service Coordinator

We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to support our Sales team – someone who's organised, commercially minded and takes initiative to keep things moving.

What you’ll be doing

No two days will look quite the same - you will be making sure the details are right, problems get solved and things keep running smoothly behind the scenes.

- Responding to customer enquiries and preparing accurate, timely quotes, proposals and tender submissions.

- Working with pricing, spreadsheets and sales data to make sure information is accurate and useful.

- Building relationships with customers, supporting their onboarding and helping deliver a great experience with Valenhold.

- Keeping our CRM and customer records organised and up to date.

- Working with our Sales, Engineering, Workshop and Procurement teams to get the right information to the right people.

- Developing sales materials, coordinating events and identifying ways to improve how we work.

You'll have plenty to learn, but also plenty of opportunity to contribute your own ideas and take ownership of your work.

What we’re looking for

We're looking for someone with experience in customer service, sales support, administration or a similar coordination role.



We're less interested in whether you've worked in mining before and more interested in how you think, work and approach a challenge.

You'll probably enjoy this role if you:

- Take initiative, work independently and follow things through.

- Have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in getting things right.

- Are confident working with numbers, Excel and systems, and enjoy making sense of information.

- Can juggle competing priorities without losing track of the little things.

- Communicate confidently and genuinely enjoy building relationships.

- Ask questions, pick things up quickly and look for better ways to work.

An interest in mechanical, electrical or technical products – whether through work, study or a hobby – would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
