We are seeking a high-caliber CPAP Therapist for our busy clinic in Joondalup.

This is not a passive device-fitting role. You will be trained through our internal WRS CPAP Academy at our Joondalup headquarters before operating a consult room independently.

Experience is preferred but not essential. We are happy to train the right person. Attitude, coachability, and standards matter more than credentials.

Key Responsibilities

· CPAP setup and optimization for patients with obstructive sleep apnea

· Patient education and adherence monitoring

· Positional sleep therapy trials

What Success Looks Like (Within 6 Months)





• Independently running your own CPAP room

• Confident in troubleshooting

• Conversion rates consistent with your team

• High patient satisfaction

• CPAP retention rate exceeding 90% over two years

Employment Details

• Part-time and Full time position open

• $30 per hour during training + superannuation

• Increased rate once operating independently

• 3-month probation period

• Must be an Australian permanent resident
