RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that keeps customers coming back
- Assist customers to find innovative solutions using Stratco products and materials
- Guiding customers through the design process
- Maintaining store stock levels
- Participation in training and personal development sessions
- Champion a positive, safe and team-focused workplace culture

ABOUT YOU

You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. You have a natural ability to build rapport, understand customer needs,



and confidently guide people towards the right solution. You’ll bring:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- A person with a flair for design and creativity! Previous DIY, design or building experience is desirable (CAD skills an advantage)
- A willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm and energy at Stratco!
