At iPlay, you will help keep the venue running smoothly while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a multi-faceted venue featuring bowling, a cocktail bar, and arcade.

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor/Venue Manager, you will take a hands-on approach while supporting the team during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead with a customer-first mindset and ensure every customer leaves with a smile.

- Serve and assist customers with all queries and concerns.

- Work alongside a vibrant and energetic team to achieve shift goals and maintain standards.





- Assist with venue cleaning and daily operational tasks.

About You

- Fun, energetic, and ready to help.

- A hands-on worker determined to make guests’ experiences unforgettable.

- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining venue cleanliness and presentation.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Previous experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required.

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role preferred.

- Available to work a part-time or full-time roster across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.

- Able to maintain calm under high-pressure situations.

- Valid NSW RSA Certificate strongly preferred (essential for Supervisor and Bartender).

- Driver’s licence (unrestricted or provisional) and reliable transport strongly preferred.
