We are seeking experienced Shift Supervisors to join the team, managing daily front of house operations ensuring exceptional guest experience and seamless workflow.

The Role

- Lead the Floor - Drive daily front of house operations , ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experience.

- Coach & Inspire - Lead by example - train, mentor and support team members

- Resolve Conflict - Handle guest feedback and operational hiccups with professionalism and grace

- Quality Control - Ensure all food safety regulations and venue presentation standards

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in High Volume, restaurant, hotel or Bar

- Current and Valid RSA and Food safety supervisor certification essential

- Strong interpersonal skills - bridging the gap between , guests, team and kitchen





- Experience with systems such as SevenRooms, Now Book It, Triple Seat (or similar)

- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

- Commitment to working a rotating roster including nights , weekends and public holidays
