About the role

We are seeking a motivated Retail All-rounder who will play a key role in our operations. This position can be tailored to fit someone looking for 15–20 hours per week, offering flexibility to the right candidate, such as school hours, with a view to moving into a part-time or full-time position for the right person. Your role will be diverse, encompassing basic administrative tasks, retail support, helping with our social media, and customer service duties, all aimed at ensuring the smooth running of our business and the satisfaction of our clients.

Key responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone.

- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including order processing, filing, and managing correspondence.

- Support retail operations, including stock management, merchandising, and point-of-sale transactions.

- Help keep our social media channels up to date by creating posts from our existing Canva templates, following our content schedule.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective workflows.

- Learn and adapt to new systems and processes to support our evolving business needs.

About you

- Retail or customer service experience, and a genuine interest in social media.





- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

- Familiarity with Canva and CapCut (not essential, but an advantage).

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

- Work effectively within a team workplace, supporting and collaborating with colleagues.

- Willingness to learn and grow, embracing opportunities for professional development.
