The Opportunity:

CSR is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist - Commercial based in North Ryde to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio of commercial and design-focused businesses. This is an exciting new opportunity to influence strategic priorities, lead major marketing initiatives and partner with stakeholders across Australia and internationally to deliver sustainable growth.

As the Senior Marketing Specialist - Commercial, you will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing strategies that strengthen market position, support customer engagement and drive commercial performance.

Working across multiple businesses and customer segments, you will use market intelligence, customer insights and performance data to identify opportunities, shape value propositions and deliver effective go-to-market programs. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Innovation, Sustainability, Digital and Technical teams whilst influencing senior stakeholders across local and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies that support commercial growth.
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, PR, social media, events, trade media and customer channels.




- Drive successful product launches and market activation programs.
- Use customer, competitor and market insights to identify opportunities and optimise performance.
- Lead sustainability-focused marketing initiatives and strategic commercial programs.
- Create targeted engagement programs for architects, designers, contractors and builders.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver impactful marketing outcomes.
- Present recommendations, insights and results to senior stakeholders locally and globally.

About You

- 8+ years' experience in senior marketing, commercial marketing or strategic marketing roles.
- Degree qualified in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
- Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies in complex business environments.
- Strong capabilities across campaigns, digital marketing, content development and product launches.
- Experience in architecture, design, construction, manufacturing or specification-led industries highly regarded.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Able to influence and drive outcomes without direct people management responsibility.
