The Role

Due to ongoing growth and expansion, MTR Electrical Solutions is seeking multiple Site Manager - Qualified A-Grade Electricians to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who can perform work to the highest standard. As a Qualified A-Grade Electrician, you will be a Leading Hand who runs a portfolio of your own jobs under the supervision of our Project managers. You will be a part of a fun work culture with an enjoyable working environment. Ideally, you will have a keen interest, or be looking to grow your knowledge in the home automation and security fields.

The role will include but not limited to working on a variety of jobs inclusive of:

- New, high-end, custom residential homes and renovations

- Install and maintain home automation systems, AV systems, security & CCTV systems

- General electrical including installation of fittings, fixtures and appliances

- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to apprentices & junior electricians

- Ensure all electrical work is completed safely and in compliance with regulations and standards

Prerequisites

To be considered for an interview, you must have:

- Current A Grade Electrician Qualification and Licence

- Current Driver’s Licence

- Construction Induction Card Red/White

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems

- Safety-conscious mindset

- Previous experience with Home Automation will be an advantage but not a necessity
