About Us:

Brisbane Civil is not your average Civil Construction company. We’re a rapidly growing team of passionate professionals building the future of Brisbane, one subdivision at a time. With a focus on quality, innovation, and a touch of fun, we deliver top-notch civil infrastructure projects in bulk earthworks, road construction, stormwater, and more!

We’re expanding fast, and we’re looking for an experienced HC Driver with Truck ‘n’ Dog/Semi Tipper experience to join our crew.

You’ll be at the heart of our action, transporting materials to and from job sites. Your ability to smoothly reverse that Truck ‘n’ Dog/Semi Tipper, operate road ganger gearboxes, and stay on top of your pre-start checks will keep our projects rolling. And the best part? You’ll be working with a small, dedicated team that knows how to get things done—while keeping things fun!

- Safely operate a Truck ‘n’ Dog/Semi Tipper combination to transport materials such as soil, aggregate, and construction equipment.

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle roadworthiness.

- Liaise with site managers and project coordinators to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

- Maintain accurate logbooks and comply with all relevant road transport regulations.

- Contribute to a positive, safety-focused team culture.

What You’ll Bring:

- Valid Heavy Combination (HC) driver's License.

- Solid experience with Truck and Dog/Semi Tipper - 2 years+ is a bonus!

- Reversing skills that could make a 3-point turn jealous.

- Solid knowledge of road transport regulations and safe driving practices.

- A White Card.

- A genuine love for your work (and the machines that make it happen!).

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Commitment to workplace health and safety.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Availability to work full-time hours, including (some) Saturdays—weekends are for the brave!

What’s in it for You?

- Above award rates—because you’re worth it.

- Reliable and stable work with no surprises.

- A friendly work environment where we’ve got your back.

- Well-maintained trucks—because nothing slows us down.

- A variety of exciting projects—never a dull day.

- Career growth opportunities—we’re growing fast, and so can you!.

Ready to hit the road with us?

Apply now and join Brisbane Civil, where we’re all about building better roads—and better careers.

If you’ve got the skills, we’ve got the truck, the team, and the future!

Let’s drive Brisbane’s future together and become our next Truck and Dog/Semi Tipper Driver!

- Women, we also encourage you to apply!
