Established in 2009, Confetti & Co Events is a creative, down-to-earth team of experienced wedding planners, stylists and coordinators based in Perth.

We plan, style and coordinate weddings across Perth and surrounding regions, and we’re looking to expand our casual wedding-day team for the upcoming season.

We are interested in applicants with varying levels of wedding, venue, event and hospitality experience. Depending on experience and training, casual shifts may include lead wedding coordination, venue coordination at Masonmill, or supporting senior coordinators on wedding days.

About the Role

This is a varied, hands-on wedding coordination role with responsibilities tailored to your experience.

Depending on your background, shifts may include:

- Lead wedding-day coordination for Confetti & Co clients

- Venue coordination shifts at Masonmill

- Supporting senior wedding coordinators

- Managing wedding-day timelines

- Liaising with couples, suppliers and venue teams

- Ceremony and reception coordination

- Assisting with venue setup and styling

- Supplier arrival and setup coordination

- Guest and bridal party support

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving throughout the event

- Setup and pack-down where required

Experienced applicants may be trained to take on lead wedding coordination responsibilities, while applicants with less direct experience may initially work alongside senior coordinators and develop into broader coordination duties over time.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

- Calm and confident in fast-paced environments

- Warm, qualified and comfortable communicating with clients

- Reliable and able to work independently when required

- A strong communicator with couples, suppliers and venue teams





- Practical and willing to jump in wherever needed

- Flexible and comfortable with weekend and evening work

- Positive, proactive and solutions focused

- Genuinely interested in weddings and events

Previous experience in one or more of the following will be highly regarded:

- Wedding coordination

- Event coordination

- Venue coordination

- Functions or hospitality

- Wedding planning

- Event management

- Client-facing event roles

You do not necessarily need to have worked specifically in weddings if you have strong transferable event, venue or hospitality experience.

About the Work

Casual shifts will vary depending on weddings and event requirements.

Most work will take place on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with occasional weekday and evening work.

Weddings take place across Perth and surrounding areas, with some opportunities including venue coordination shifts at Masonmill.

A current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential.
