- Trainee Skid Steer Operators – 4 positions (traineeship, full training provided)

What we're looking for

- Experienced roles: proven experience in your role on asphalt or civil projects, with the relevant licences and tickets
- Entry-level roles: no experience needed, just the right attitude and a genuine desire to learn and build a career in civil construction and asphalt
- A solid commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
- A positive attitude, reliability and professionalism, with the ability to represent the business well on site
- Availability for overtime, travel and away work, with weekend and night shift work where required
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing
- The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance where required
- A current driver's licence (preferred, and essential for some roles)
- Australian citizens and permanent residents only. As these are long-term permanent roles, we're unable to consider working holiday visa holders, or applicants from New Zealand who don't hold Australian permanent residency.
