Insurance Repair Supervisor – Brisbane & Surrounds

We’re a family-owned and run building business with a strong reputation across South East Queensland, and we’re looking for an experienced building supervisor to join our growing team.

You'll be the driving force behind quality insurance repairs, managing projects from assessment through to completion. Your leadership and technical expertise will ensure clients and customers receive exceptional service while coordinating teams, budgets and timelines to deliver results that exceed expectations.

The Work

- Interpret scopes of work, specialist reports and building plans

- Manage budgets and forecast project costs

- Coordinate multiple repair jobs simultaneously

- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors and internal teams

- Ensure compliance with ethical, safety and quality standards

- Use computer-based systems for documentation and reporting

- Deliver high-quality repairs on time and within budget

About You

- Strong construction knowledge (trade background highly regarded)

- Proven experience supervising insurance repair

- QBCC Supervisor Licence, or eligibility to obtain

- Valid Queensland Driver's Licence

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Confident using computer based systems for project management

- Flexibility to assist with emergency event responses (occasional travel required)

- Qualified manner, strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
