We're seeking an Internal Account Manager to join a well-established international electrical products supplier based in Perth. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering reliable service in a fast-paced environment.
Working closely with electrical wholesalers and contractors, you'll play an important role in managing customer accounts, supporting sales activity, and ensuring customers receive the right products and service.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing relationships with existing customers
- Handling incoming enquiries and identifying opportunities to grow sales
- Preparing accurate quotes and following up on outstanding enquiries
- Processing customer orders and coordinating requirements through to completion
- Providing product information and assisting customers with their needs
- Working collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve business objectives

Ideally, you will bring:
- Experience in internal sales, account management, customer service or a wholesale environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to identify sales opportunities
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Electrical industry experience or knowledge of electrical products is advantageous
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in developing your career
