Operating from 6:30am - 6:30pm our centre provides the perfect indoor and outdoor settings for 141 children to explore, and for you to deliver a world-class Kindergarten program.

About You – Our Ideal Early Childhood Teacher

- Passionate about early education, with experience delivering high-quality care and learning

- Committed to empowering children to grow as independent, curious, and resilient learners
- Brings a robust focus on school readiness, guiding little learners with care and intention
- Designs engaging programs and fosters meaningful, thought-provoking conversations
- Inspires a lifelong love of learning and helps lay the foundation for future success

What You’ll Bring:

- A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- A current Working with Children Check
- Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

- Full Australian working rights
- A professional, polished presence and warm approach
- A natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention
- Comfortable supporting and participating in the Catholic identity of the service, including prayer, faith-based celebrations and community events, while embracing the values of the Xavier College community.
- - Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
