BIM Remedial Sydney is a Northern Beaches remedial builder with 30+ staff. We deliver waterproofing, concrete repair, facade restoration and balcony works for owners corporations, strata managers, engineers and developers across Greater Sydney.

We are looking for an organised, numbers-sharp Quotes and Tender Coordinator to run our quoting process from first enquiry to submission.

We are looking for an organised, numbers-sharp Quotes and Tender Coordinator to run our quoting process from first enquiry to submission.

What you will do

- Manage the quotes inbox and phones, and log every new enquiry

- Set up jobs, book site inspections and chase the information we need to price

- Produce quote documents from our General Manager's pricing, using our templates and AI tools

- Assemble tender packs: schedules,



insurance certificates, licences and programmes

- Track tender deadlines and keep supplier and prequalification portals current

- Send approved quotes and tenders and keep our register up to date

- Arrange HBCF certificates for residential work and set up won jobs for our project managers

What you will bring

- Robust attention to detail. Every document that leaves our office has to be right.

- Clear written English

- Advanced Word, Excel and Outlook skills

- The ability to manage a lot of live deadlines at once

- Construction, strata, trades or real estate admin experience is a plus, not essential

What we offer

- $80,000 + super

- Full time, Monday to Friday, in our Frenchs Forest office
