An exciting opportunity has opened up for two experienced Civil Site Supervisors to join a well-established national civil contractor with a proven reputation for delivering major subdivision and civil infrastructure projects.
With a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming work across Adelaide, this is a great opportunity to join a reputable business offering long-term project stability, excellent earning potential and genuine career progression.

There are two positions available, with opportunities to work on major subdivision projects in North and South Adelaide.

The Opportunity
You'll play a key role in driving day-to-day site operations, leading crews and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Working closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers, you'll help keep works on track while maintaining quality, productivity and programme targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily site operations across major subdivision and civil infrastructure projects.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site crews to achieve project milestones.
- Drive site safety, quality standards and efficient construction practices.
- Monitor productivity, progress and programme performance
- Manage site resources, materials, plant and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with Project Managers and Project Engineers to ensure successful project delivery.





What We're Looking For

- Solid experience in civil construction, ideally within land subdivision projects.
- Previous experience as a Civil Site Supervisor, Civil Supervisor or Civil Foreman.
- Robust leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple crews.
- A sound understanding of site safety, quality control and construction programmes.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to keep projects moving.
- A commitment to delivering quality outcomes while maintaining a safe and productive site.
