What is ANZUK?
At ANZUK, we know that great educators deserve more than just shifts. They deserve genuine support, flexibility, and a consultant who understands the realities of working in early childhood education.
Unlike many agencies, many of our consultants come from education backgrounds. We've worked in classrooms and early learning environments ourselves, so we understand both the rewards and the challenges that come with the role. Whether you're looking for extra work, greater flexibility, or a pathway into permanent opportunities, we're here to help you find the right fit.
When you join ANZUK, you'll gain access to:
- Flexible work that fits your lifestyle – choose when and where you want to work.
- A dedicated consultant who takes the time to understand your goals, preferences, and availability.
- A wide variety of centres – including community-based, council-operated, private, and not-for-profit services.
- Easy-to-use technology that lets you manage your availability and accept bookings quickly.
- Local opportunities matched to your preferred travel distance, age groups, centre types, and working hours.
