The Opportunity

ZIMMERMANN is seeking a talented Visual Merchandising Coordinator, to join our Global Visual Merchandising team, where you’ll play an important role in ensuring global consistency in delivery an elevated brand experience, through Global Visual Merchandising. In this position, you’ll help support in creating new initiatives,



develop training modules, and provide operational support across Zimmermann's global markets. This opportunity is ideal if you’re motivated by creativity and collaboration and enjoy contributing meaningful, measurable impact within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Visual Merchandising Coordinator, you’ll contribute to coordinating new initiatives, developing training
modules, and providing structured operational support to the Global Visual Merchandising Manager. The role
helps ensure global and regional teams receive clear, consistent and timely tools, communications and
resources to deliver an elevated brand experience. You’ll collaborate closely with global, cross-functional teams, helping shape how the Visual Merchandising Team operates today and grows into the future

Key Responsibilities

- Provide support to the Global Visual Merchandising Manager across seasonal launches, global projects and day-to-day priorities.
- Maintain the global VM calendar, project plans, launch timelines, trackers, contact lists and core working documents.
- Coordinate the preparation, approval and distribution of VM guidelines, floorplan tools,



collection assets and regional communications.
- Support the development and rollout of new global VM initiatives, pilots and ways of working.
- Coordinate project briefs, timelines, stakeholders, testing requirements, feedback and final rollout materials.
- Develop training modules for new collections, seasonal launches and VM initiatives in partnership with the Global VM team.
- Translate collection strategy, inspiration, colour palettes, product priorities, styling direction and execution standards into clear training content.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and shared digital working platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve, prioritise, collaborate
- Ability to work effectively across global regions, time zones and changing business priorities
- Strong visual sensibility and an understanding of brand presentation, product storytelling and customer experience
