Key Responsibilities include:

- Oversee day-to-day operations and deliver strong financial outcomes across UniLodge Melbourne Central.
- Lead and mentor the property team to ensure portfolio performance, compliance, and service excellence.
- Manage the property in line with the Operating Agreement and ensure all associated KPIs are met.
- Create a safe, connected, and inclusive environment that supports student wellbeing and satisfaction.
- Drive marketing, occupancy, and compliance initiatives to support sustainable growth.

Let’s Talk About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia
- Valid Agent's Representative Certificate/Estate Agent Licence (VIC)
- Demonstrated knowledge of and compliance with relevant property legislation,



including the Residential Tenancies Act.
- Proven leadership experience managing frontline teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
