Bar Supervisor | Full-time | 1 role available Crane Bar & Lounge | 1 Hotel & Homes Melbourne

Crane Bar & Lounge is a place for great drinks, good food and people coming together. Set on the ground floor of 1 Hotel Melbourne, it pairs locally inspired cocktails and Australian wines with fresh, seasonal bites in a light-filled space by the Yarra.

We’re looking for a hands-on Bar Supervisor to help lead the team and make every shift run smoothly. You’ll set the standard on the floor, support and develop team members, and help create the kind of warm, thoughtful service guests remember.

You’ll help to

- Lead the team through daily service, including opening and closing
- Coach and train team members, building confidence and consistency
- Keep beverage quality, service and guest experience on point
- Support stock, ordering, budgets and responsible cash handling
- Help bring promotions and bar activations to life




- Maintain health, safety and brand standards

You’ll bring

- 2+ years’ hospitality experience, ideally in a bar leadership role
- Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits and beverages
- A supportive, practical approach to leading a team
- Organisation and calm judgement during busy service
