The business is a Queensland builder working across commercial construction, refurbishment and remedial projects. It delivers new buildings and extensions as well as upgrades to existing properties. Much of its work takes place in occupied or operational environments, where planning access, staging construction and communicating with building users matter alongside the physical works.

That creates a practical commercial role. You will need to connect contract administration with delivery, understanding how changes, procurement decisions and contractual commitments affect a project that must progress around an operating site. It suits someone who wants to remain close to the work and can turn detailed commercial information into clear actions for a project team.

The experience that matters

- Construction contract administration experience and the ability to take broader commercial ownership.
- Ideally, experience with live or occupied-site works.
- Preferably,



exposure to projects of a similar $1 million to $20 million scale.
- Sound commercial judgement, clear communication and an organised approach to project information.

The business is flexible around experience. A current Contracts Manager title is not essential: Senior Contract Administrators with the capability to step up will be considered. Live-works and similar-scale project experience are preferences, rather than reasons to rule yourself out if your wider construction background is relevant.
