Sales Representative | Entry-Level | $90K–$130K OTE
? Sydney
No Experience? No Problem.
Maybe you're finishing uni, coming out of hospitality or retail, playing competitive sport or simply ready for your next challenge...
At Pinnacle Sales Group, we look at potential, not just what's on your CV. We're a growing face-to-face sales company, focused on building a team of motivated and hard working individuals - and we're more interested in your attitude, drive and willingness to learn than sales experience.
What's in it for you?
- ? $90K–$130K OTE: base pay + uncapped weekly commissions. This means YOUR hard work is rewarded
- ? Real career progression: emerging leadership pathways and management opportunities
- ? Structured, paid training: learn proven techniques with ongoing hands-on coaching
- ? Half-day Fridays: Early start to the weekend - because life outside work matters too
- ? Biweekly team nights: work hard, celebrate wins and enjoy it with the people around you
Your effort matters. The more you develop your skills and performance, the more opportunities you can create for yourself. As part of our supportive and driven team, the sky's the limit.
? Different backgrounds. Same potential.
There is not one traditional path to build a successful sales career.
Meet some of the people behind Pinnacle.
? Peter - From sport to sales
Our founder, Peter, started out at BlueFit in Hurstville. He enjoyed sport and working with people, and eventually found his way into face to face sales. That experience helped shape the business he's building today.
? Faima - From the NRL to sales
Having played NRL and worked as a barber, Faima brought a different set of experiences into the industry. Sport builds competitiveness and resilience.
Barbering develops communication and the ability to connect with all kinds of people. Those skills have value well beyond their original setting.
☕ Melissa - From hospitality to sales
Melissa had only ever worked in hospitality. She didn't need a traditional sales background to make the transition. The people skills, adaptability and ability to perform under pressure she'd already developed gave her something to build on.
Three different starting points. One thing in common: transferable skills.
You might be a university graduate, a retail worker, a hospitality qualified, an athlete or someone ready for a complete career change. At Pinnacle, we build upon those skills to set you up for not just your career, but your life.
Why Sales?
Think about it.
- Convincing your uni group that your idea is the one worth backing.
- Getting your teammates fired up before a big game.
- Negotiating a better deal on your first car.
That's communication. That's influence. That's sales.
At its core, sales is about understanding people, communicating value and building trust.
Learn to negotiate, handle rejection, think on your feet and communicate with confidence. These are skills you'll use in business, leadership and everyday life - long after your first sales role.
Why Pinnacle?
We're committed to building a team of people who want to get better, push each other and enjoy the process along the way.
Expect hands-on mentorship, structured development, healthy competition and a team that celebrates progress.
We're growing, and we're looking for people who want to grow with us. Leadership opportunities are there for people willing to develop their skills, demonstrate consistency and earn the next step.
