Join QBE as a Senior Claims Officer and play a key role in managing large and complex commercial property claims. Your new role

In this important role, you will:

- Manage an end-to-end portfolio of commercial property claims, with support from highly experienced leaders

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through clear, proactive, and empathetic communication across verbal, written, and face-to-face interactions

- Build strong, trusted relationships with brokers, customers, suppliers, and internal partners

- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days look the same

- Help drive continuous improvement across the broader claims function by applying your expertise and insights

About You

To succeed and grow in this role, you will bring:

- Must have commercial property claims experience

- ISR (Industrial Special Risks) experience advantageous but not compulsory

- A calm and resilient approach, with the confidence to make sound decisions even under pressure





- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to guide customers and stakeholders through complex situations with clarity and empathy

- Solid computer skills, a willingness to learn new systems, and the ability to prioritise effectively

- A proactive, self‑motivated mindset with a passion for delivering excellence and embracing change
