Interior Secrets is looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Sales & Account Coordinator to join our B2B wholesale division at our Truganina head office.

Working within our wholesale team, you'll build relationships with a diverse portfolio of interior designers, property stylists, architects and retailers across Australia, while supporting daily operations and helping grow our trade customer base.

About the role n

Interior Secrets is looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Sales & Account Coordinator to join our B2B wholesale division at our Truganina head office.

Working within our wholesale team, you'll build relationships with a diverse portfolio of interior designers, property stylists, architects and retailers across Australia, while supporting daily operations and helping grow our trade customer base.

Key responsibilities n

Manage and nurture existing trade and wholesale clients, building strong relationships to encourage repeat business.

n
- n

Process and coordinate customer quotes, orders and dispatches across online and agency channels, while assisting with incoming phone and email enquiries.

- n

Proactively re-engage inactive clients, follow up on opportunities and identify ways to grow existing accounts.

n
- n

Welcome and onboard new trade registrations, introducing our product range and services.

n
- n

Identify potential designer and stylist collaborations and connect opportunities with our marketing team.

n
- n

Assist with key wholesale accounts, general team activities and occasional showroom appointments.

- n

Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering excellent service.

n
- n

A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with excellent attention to detail.

n
- n

Experience in customer service, wholesale sales, account coordination or sales administration.

n
- n

Confident communication skills and a willingness to proactively engage with customers.

n
- n

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

n
- n

Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems such as NetSuite or Shopify is highly regarded but not essential.

n
- n

An interest in furniture and interior design is beneficial.

n
- n

Available to work full-time on-site at our new Truganina head office, with occasional showroom visits.
