Business Development & Account Manager

Location: NSW or TAS (Hybrid)

Grow Employment is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead business development and account management across NSW and TAS. This full time (part-time available), contract role focuses on building strong relationships with host employers, driving strategic growth, and managing existing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and secure new host employer partnerships
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Develop and implement business growth strategies
- Represent Grow Employment at industry events and forums
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service delivery

Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in business development or account management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently across regions
- Strategic thinker with a client-first mindset
- Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow tools

What you will be responsible for:

- Delivering customised water treatment programs
- Supporting customers to reduce water and energy usage, improve equipment reliability, and enhance production outcomes
- Building trusted relationships by understanding customers’ key business drivers




- Partnering with internal technical experts to develop site-specific solutions
- Providing on-site service, reporting, and ongoing account support

Essential criteria

1.3+ years demonstrated experience as a developer working in multi-disciplinary scrum team.

2.Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related disciplines.

3.Demonstrated experience in C#, .NET Framework, Java, and Dynamics 365, with proficiency in cloud platforms. Experience with Azure services, Git, and DevOps.

4.Experience with test development and tools (i.e. xUnit).

5.Experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Lean, Kanban).

6.Execute product delivery and follow Ways of Working in line with SAFe and Scrum.
