Due to a robust pipeline of projects secured for the next 10+ years, they are currently seeking Civil Labourers to join their growing team.

About the Role n

We are looking for experienced Civil Labourers to join a team working on civil works within sewer tunnels and confined work environments.

n

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with experience in civil construction, concreting, demolition, and general labouring, who is comfortable using power tools and working in underground environments.

Key Responsibilities n

Perform underground confined space and civil labouring works.

n

Provide standby support and monitor workers entering confined spaces.

n

Set up and maintain rescue and communication equipment.

n

Assist with concreting, tunnel rehabilitation and general maintenance.

n

Follow strict site safety and rescue procedures.

Selection Criteria: n

n
- Full Open Drivers Licence
n




- Own transport (depot not accessible to public transport)
n
- Experience in concreting and using powered and hand tools.
n
- Underground experience preferred.
n
- Physically fit, reliable and safety-focused.
n

- Work 5-6 days a week, 10-12 hrs per day paid on penalties - time and a half after 8 hrs, double time after 10 hrs!

- Have ongoing, long‑term work with a view of full‑time employment within 6-12 months!

- Ongoing site training provided!
