Assembly Team Member - Part or Full Time

Love hands‑on work? Take pride in doing things well? Want a job that fits well with the rest of your life?

We're looking for a reliable person to join our small production team building award‑winning Australian‑made technology. No experience needed — if you're practical, careful, comfortable with technology and keen to learn, we'll train you.

About GreaseBoss

We design and manufacture smart lubrication systems used on mining trucks, factory equipment, and heavy machinery around the world. Our products help keep big machines running reliably and safely. We've won the Advanced Technology award at the Sunshine Coast Business Awards three years running, and we're growing.

What you'll do

You’ll work alongside a friendly team assembling electronic and mechanical products — things like sensors, cables, and housings. Day to day that means following assembly instructions, putting products together carefully, checking your work meets our quality standards, and helping with packing, labelling, and testing. Many of our systems are computer based, so you'll be mixing hands‑on with computer‑based tasks. There's variety,

and you'll learn something current most weeks.

What we offer

Flexible hours — part‑time or full‑time, by arrangement

Full training provided

A supportive, down‑to‑earth team

Variety in your day

The chance to grow with a company that's going places

What you'll bring

Enjoyment of hands‑on, practical work

Comfortable navigating software systems

Good attention to detail and a careful approach

Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when unsure

Reliable, team‑focused, and positive

Comfortable working in a workshop environment and using basic PPE

Have the right to work in Australia

Nice to have (but not required)

Any experience with assembly, soldering, cable work, or reading technical diagrams is a bonus - but genuinely not essential. We've trained people from all sorts of backgrounds.

This could suit you if you're:

Returning to the workforce

Looking for work that fits around family or other commitments

Keen to try something new and learn a trade‑like skill

Someone who just likes making things properly
