ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Alfa Romeo and Fiat dealership is currently offering the opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will be able to demonstrate:

A history of delivering high standards of customer service.

Ability to achieve customer satisfaction targets.

A sound knowledge of contemporary automotive systems.

The successful applicants will have the following personal attributes:

Previous service advisor experience in a dealership setting essential.

Passion and energy to succeed.

Robust communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.

We provide ongoing Factory training and certification. An excellent remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidates.
