Insolvency Litigation LawyerThe opportunityn

An established Sydney advisory firm is seeking a lawyer to join its insolvency and disputes practice. Working closely with experienced senior lawyers, you will advise insolvency practitioners, creditors, lenders and corporate clients on contentious and non-contentious matters, with opportunities to take ownership of files and develop client relationships.

What you’ll work onn

- Work on corporate insolvency matters, including liquidations, voluntary administrations and receiverships.

- Assist with restructuring, distressed transactions, corporate recovery and related commercial disputes.
n
- Handle insolvency litigation, debt recovery, enforcement, bankruptcy and creditor disputes.
n
- Draft advice and court documents, and manage matters with support from senior practitioners.

About younn




- An admitted solicitor with experience in insolvency, restructuring or commercial litigation.
n
- Sound understanding of corporate insolvency law, solid drafting skills and an interest in contentious insolvency matters.
n
- A practical, commercially minded approach, with confidence to manage matters with appropriate senior support.
