The Role n

The firm is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join its busy property practice, managing a broad range of property transactions and leasing matters.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing conveyancing transactions
n
- Advising on retail and commercial leasing matters
n
- Drafting and reviewing loan agreements and mortgages
n
- Managing property matters independently from start to finish
n

About You nn




- Ideally 10+ years’ post-admission experience, although candidates with 5+ years will be considered
n
- Strong experience in conveyancing and property law
n
- Sound knowledge of retail and commercial leasing
n
- Confident managing matters autonomously
n
- Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills
n
