School Plus is seeking a passionate and experienced Service Leader to lead our welcoming 45-place OSHC service at St Kieran's Primary School, Moe on a fixed-term contract through to 30 May 2027.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an educator ready to step into leadership, or an experienced Service Leader looking to join a supportive organisation where relationships come first. In this close-knit service, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful connections with children, families, your team, and the school community while leading a program that helps children learn, play, grow and belong.

About the Role

As Service Leader, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the service, support and mentor educators, and create engaging experiences that positively impact children's development and wellbeing.

You’ll:

- Lead the daily operation of the OSHC service, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met
- Build strong relationships with children, families, school staff and the wider community
- Support, mentor and inspire a team of educators
- Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where children thrive
- Plan and oversee engaging play-based programs that encourage learning, creativity and fun
- Manage rosters, administration and service documentation
- Drive positive outcomes through strong leadership, organisation and communication
- Champion child safety and wellbeing in all aspects of service delivery

About You

We’re looking for a motivated leader who is passionate about creating outstanding experiences for children and supporting high-performing teams.

You’ll have:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, School Age Education and Care, or recognised equivalent
- Previous experience in OSHC, childcare, education or a leadership role
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing
