Coorparoo Aged Care is seeking a Head Chef for a Full Time role to provide restaurant-style meals that meet residents' nutritional needs. The role will manage the kitchen to ensure HACCP compliance, quality, and adherence to the approved menu within budget.

You will oversee food ordering, storage, seasonal menus, and ensure allergies and dietary requirements are met, while maintaining high standards of safety and staff welfare.
