About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, energetic and reliableFront of House Team Member & Baristato join our café team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, connecting with customers and working as part of a busy team. You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing quality coffee and beverages, taking orders, serving food and keeping the café running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea and other beverages
Operate the coffee machine, grinder and other café equipment
Maintain consistent coffee quality throughout service
Prepare and serve food and assist with basic food preparation as required
Process EFTPOS, cash and other customer payments
Clear and reset tables and maintain a clean, tidy dining area
Keep the coffee station, service areas and equipment clean and organised
Restock supplies and assist with daily café opening and closing duties
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards
Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude
Communicate effectively with kitchen and front of house team members
Contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable café experience for every customer
About You

Available to work a versatile roster, including weekends and public holidays where required
Experience & Skills
Previous café, hospitality or barista experience is preferred
Barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation are highly regarded
Experience with POS/EFTPOS systems is advantageous
Food handling knowledge is advantageous
Training can be provided for the right person
