Gadens is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate (4–8 years PQE) for our Sydney or Melbourne Corporate team. You will work on real estate M&A;, fund formations, joint ventures and co-investment/alternative structuring within a corporate framework.
You will join an established national team, mentor junior lawyers, and have access to a broad client network across real estate and corporate sectors. The role emphasizes collaboration and high-quality work.
