- stay current with floral design trends

- work with customers to understand their needs and preferences providing personalised service

- manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, stocking flowers and merchandise

- full driver's licence required

- ensure the store is clean, organised and visually appealing at all times

- deliver exceptional customer service and quality floristry

- minimum 2 years floristry experience required

- handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback promptly and professionally

- implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality and service
n
n
- our online store, receiving orders, executing orders, ensuring timely delivery. Updating Instagram regularly.
n
n
- basic social media posting skills required for Instagram management
n
n
- part time position Thursday 8am to 4pm, Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm 22.5 hours per week
n
n
- penalty rates apply for weekend work and any overtime
