An established Brisbane construction company is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to support its growing project pipeline.

The business delivers a mix of commercial construction, education, multi-residential, fitout and refurbishment projects across South East Queensland.

n
n

With a strong focus on quality delivery and commercial performance, they're looking for someone who can take ownership of the contractual and financial aspects of construction projects, working closely with Project Managers and senior leadership.

n
nThe Role n
n

You’ll be responsible for:

n
n

n
n
- Managing trade procurement, tender assessments and subcontractor appointments
n
n
- Preparing and administering subcontract agreements
n
n
- Managing progress claims, variations and contractual correspondence
n
n
- Maintaining project budgets, cost reports and forecasts
n
n
- Identifying commercial risks and managing contractual obligations
n
n
- Working with delivery teams to maintain project margins and financial control
n
n
- Managing subcontractor final accounts and project close-out
n
n

nAbout You n
n





You’ll bring solid Contracts Administration experience with an Australian commercial head contractor, ideally having managed significant trade packages or taken commercial responsibility across projects.

You’ll need:

n
n

n
- Strong procurement, subcontract administration and financial reporting skills
n
n
- Experience across commercial construction or multi-residential projects

n
- Confidence working directly with Project Managers, clients and subcontractors
n
n
- Sound commercial judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
n

n

This would suit an established Senior CA or an experienced Contracts Administrator already operating at a senior level and ready for greater responsibility.
