We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Operator & Designer to join our team in a casual role, starting at 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to grow as the business develops. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating both CO₂ and fibre laser machines, robust design skills using Adobe Illustrator, and the ability to manage product listings on our website.

Key responsibilities

Create and edit designs using Adobe Illustrator

Operate CO₂ and fibre laser machines safely and efficiently

Prepare and adjust artwork for laser engraving and cutting

Ensure all designs and finished products meet high-quality standards

Maintain excellent attention to detail throughout the design and production process

Update product images, descriptions, and other information on our website





Confidently navigate the website to manage and maintain accurate product listings

Assist with general production tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately

About you

Proven experience using Adobe Illustrator for design work

Practical experience operating both CO₂ and fibre laser machines

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Confidence using websites and online platforms to update product information and images

Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines

Reliable, organised, and motivated, with a positive attitude
