Redox is an ASX listed leading raw material and ingredients distributor with extensive national operations. Redox is seeking an IT Support Officer on the Helpdesk to join the head office in Minto, South-West Sydney, blending on-site work with remote support after probation.
You will assist internal customers with desktops, laptops, printers, telephony and software in a Windows workplace, log tickets, and contribute to project work as skills grow. Strong communication is essential.
