About the Role

As our DVA Administrator,you'llbe the backbone of our DVAoperations ensuringevery service is compliant, every record isaccurate, and every veteran's journey through our platform is seamless.

You'llwork closely with our coordination team, playing a hands-on role in keeping things running smoothly. This is a role where your attention to detail directly translates into better outcomes for veterans, and where your initiative can genuinely shape how we do things.

What You'll BeDoing..

This is a busy, phone-first role. On any given dayyou'llbe:

- Takinginbound and outbound enquiries with professionalism and care every day
- Ensuringall DVA service plans areaccurate, current, and aligned with active service periods
- Keepingrecords clean and reliable process andmaintainclient records within the CareVicinity platform




- Managingservice setup documentation andrequiredDVA forms
- Strengtheningthe teambycoordination with scheduling, service updates, and shift approvals
- Contributingideasand energy to continuously refine our DVA workflows and admin systems
